Perfect Mascara - Black Starting at the base of lash, swivel the wand back and forth across lashes as you move the wand toward the end of the lash. Repeat as needed until desired look is achieved. For natural-looking long lashes, follow application with a clean, dry wand. Since there are lengthening fibers in this mascara, over time the formula may clump up around the tube neck. If this happens, simply clean off the brush head with paper towel, insert the wand back into the tube, and then clean the brush head again. We strongly suggest that mascaras are replaced every 1-2 months depending on frequency of use. Perfect Eyeliner Pen For a subtle defining line, lightly drag the brush tip across the base of your lash line from the inner to the outer corner, pressing the brush as close to the lash roots as possible. Use less pressure to create a thinner line and add more pressure to create a bolder line or continue to layer until you achieve desired definition.
