To reduce sooting, you must trim the wick to 1 cm each time the candle is to be relit. Avoid using in drafty areas. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep wax pool free of debris. Do not burn candle more than 4 hours at a time. Always leave 3 cm between burning candles
