Our Return Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your products. If you are not, we will definitely offer you a return or exchange, simply contact your Beauty Guide for Assistance! You may also return the items directly to our warehouse. Please note, returned or exchanged items must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of product receipt (to keep things fair we are firm on this policy).

We will refund you the price paid for the eligible item and the sales tax to your original form of payment.. We cannot, however, refund any shipping charges.

You are welcome to return collections and sets. Just remember, to obtain a refund, you must return the entire collection or set together. 

Sale items or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

If you are unhappy with a shade or item you purchased individually or within a collection and wish to exchange it for a different variation of the same product of equal value, simply return the item back and we will ship out a new shade or variation for FREE!

At LimeLife we stand confidently behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Duolab device or capsules for any reason simply contact your Beauty Guide or our Customer Care Team and they will gladly assist you in receiving a full refund.

Once we receive the device or capsules at our warehouse we will issue you a full refund on your original form of payment. Please note we cannot issue a refund for any shipping charges and we cannot provide refunds after 30 Days.

Duolab Warranty:

Your Duolab device comes with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by human error or water damage.

If you feel as though your device is not working and falls within our 1-year warranty please contact us at [email protected] with a video of the device malfunctioning and we will assist you with a replacement. 

Please note that the Duolab device if eligible will be replaced with a new or refurbished device. 

Duolab Extended Warranty:

You may provide us with information about yourself when you use the Services or become a Beauty Guide.  Categories of personal information we collect that you voluntarily provide may include your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, social media user name, credit card or other payment information, birth date, gender, personal interests, purchase history, beauty and skin/hair care preferences and other information, and in addition for Beauty Guides, we may collect social security or tax identification numbers, bank account details, information about earnings and performance as well as photos of Beauty Guides (collectively, “Personal Information”).  We receive information you provide to us when you: (1) create an account with us (including a shopping account online, an account to review products, a customer loyalty account or any other type of account); (2) make a purchase; (3) contact us via any customer service method; (4) subscribe for email, text, or other messages; (5) participate in customer research, surveys, sweepstakes or promotions; (6) submit user-generated content via the Website or Services; (7) apply for employment opportunities; (8) interact with our Beauty Guides who provide you with Services or otherwise assist you with your product needs and purchases; (9) download or use our Website; (10) apply to or become a Beauty Guide; or (11) otherwise communicate information to us.  The business purposes for which we collect this information is to enable you to purchase or order a product, subscribe to a Service, register to receive emails or newsletters, join our loyalty program, participate in a survey, submit a product review or register for a contest, sweepstakes or promotion, apply to or become a Beauty Guide or otherwise engage with our Services.

California law defines “sale” very broadly, and so the sharing of information for advertising purposes may fall within its scope.  While we do not share your Personal Information with third parties in exchange for money, we communicate certain information for business purposes with selected trusted service providers, acting under our instructions, in exchange for insights and other valuable services, to enhance your experiences with us, to improve our ability to serve you, and to keep you aware of our products, services, and offers.  Upon our receipt of a request by a California resident to exercise rights under the CCPA, we first must verify that the person making a request is the consumer about whom we have collected information.  Accordingly, we will ask you to confirm your postal address and the name of the Beauty Guide on your account and we may ask for additional information you previously provided to us that may be in our records, and we also may request a copy of your valid government-issued identification. If the request to exercise rights under the CCPA is initiated by a Beauty Guide, we will ask you to confirm the last four digits of your Social Security Number, date of birth and the name of your upline.

 You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of the privacy rights conferred by the CCPA.  However, nothing prohibits us from charging a consumer a different price or rate, or from providing a different level or quality of goods or services to the consumer, if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to the consumer by the consumer’s data.

LimeLife by Alcone Auto-Replenishment Subscription Terms and Conditions

 

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) for our Auto-Replenishment subscription programs (collectively, “Auto-Replenishment”) apply to you and LimeLife by Alcone and/or its affiliates (“LimeLife,” “we” or “us”), and govern your and our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LimeLife relating to Auto-Replenishment subscriptions. Your use of the LimeLife website also is governed by our Policies and Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the LimeLife website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through Auto-Replenishment, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.

Depending on the Auto-Replenishment subscription you select, we will automatically ship products to your address at your desired frequency – every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it. A recurring charge for the Auto-Replenishment products will be charged automatically to your credit card on a recurring basis for each shipment while your subscription remains active. You only pay shipping on the initial order, and after that, all Auto-Replenishment orders of US$50 / CA$65 and over ship for free. You can easily change the frequency and modify your product preferences prior to your next charge date. Cancel at any time prior to your charge date either through your online account or by calling 844-232-6294. When you resubscribe, we will charge a one-time shipping fee for your first order upon reactivation, but then you will receive free shipping on all subsequent Auto-Replenishment orders of US$50 / CA$65 and over during that same reactivation period. 

Your Auto-Replenishment subscription will automatically create a new order charged to your designated payment method and according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.

You control your Auto-Replenishment subscription. We will let you know about upcoming charges before your card is charged and notify you whenever your recurring payment is processed. Within your Auto-Replenishment portal, you can modify your delivery frequency, next shipping date, and product preferences, as well as edit your billing and shipping address, and payment method.

If Auto-Replenishment is available, you will see it as an option on the product page. Select “Subscribe & Save 10%” and the desired frequency. By signing up for an Auto-Replenishment subscription, you accept and agree to the initial and recurring payment charges at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility and agree to pay for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. 

PAYMENT AND RENEWAL 

The total cost charged to your payment method for each Auto-Replenishment order will be the cost of the item on the day that the order is processed less any applicable discount, plus any applicable sales tax. The charge for each Auto-Replenishment item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Auto-Replenishment order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, you will be notified at the email address you provided and given the opportunity to update your payment method in the customer portal.  If we are unable to charge your payment method after four attempts, we will cancel your order.

AGREEMENT CHANGES

We reserve the right to change the Auto-Replenishment benefits, including any discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in our sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions. We also may, in our sole discretion, change these terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the LimeLife website). If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. 

PRICE CHANGES

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to adjust pricing for our Auto-Replenishment subscription offerings and limit quantities at any time. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these terms, any price changes or modifications to your Auto-Replenishment subscription plans will take effect following notice to you. 

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your Auto-Replenishment subscription at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.
