Each month, you’ll receive a surprise selection of high-quality products at a fraction of their retail value. While we can’t reveal exactly what’s inside, we can promise that each box will contain over $50 worth of makeup, skincare, samples, and tools—plus, FREE shipping! Every box is carefully curated to introduce you to new favorites, and we’ll provide expert tips on how to make the most of each item. It’s the perfect way to discover new products, save on your beauty essentials, and experience the LimeLife magic delivered right to your door.


Q. When can I sign up for an AMAZEBOX?

A. The AMAZEBOX is available for purchase from the 5th to the 25th of each month!


Q. How do I sign up for an AMAZEBOX?

A. To get started, simply log in to your retail account or create a new one. Then, add the AMAZEBOX to your shopping cart. As a special bonus, enjoy FREE flat-rate shipping on all items in your cart with your first AMAZEBOX order!


Q. Will I be charged shipping for an AMAZEBOX?

A. Flat-rate shipping is included in the price of your AMAZEBOX! Every box is guaranteed to arrive within 11 business days from the processing date.


Q. Can I change the day of the month my AMAZEBOX subscription is charged?

A. Say goodbye to rigid schedules—customize your delivery timing to fit your needs! You can choose any shipping date throughout the month, except for our blackout periods (the 1st-4th and after the 25th). To adjust your delivery frequency and select your preferred ship date, simply visit the Subscription tab and click on Manage Subscription for your next AMAZEBOX shipment.


Q. My AMAZEBOX order was canceled. What should I do?

A. If your AMAZEBOX order is canceled, it may be due to an issue with your payment method. Please check your card details and contact your bank if needed.

Update your payment information in your account. Click "Order Now" to process your payment. For assistance, contact Customer Care.

Note: If the order is for a past month's AMAZEBOX, we cannot process the payment. For example, a declined June box cannot be processed in July.


Q. I selected to skip my AMAZEBOX this month and changed my mind, can I still get my order?

A. Once you skip an AMAZEBOX, it will not be processed until the next month's processing date.


Q. After skipping a month of my AMAZEBOX, how do I receive my next order?

A. You can easily skip a month by visiting the Subscription tab and selecting Manage Subscription for your next AMAZEBOX. Just click Skip Shipment—no need to re-subscribe! Your subscription will pause for the selected month and automatically resume as scheduled.


Q. What is the return / exchange policy for items in an AMAZEBOX?

A. Subscription services, including AMAZEBOX, are non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your order during transit, please reach out to us. We’ll review your case and assist you in resolving the matter!


Q. An item in my AMAZEBOX is damaged, how do I get help?

A. If an item in your AMAZEBOX was damaged during transit, please take a photo of the item as you received it and email it to [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number, if available, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
