Q. Can I Add Or Change Items On Subscribe & Save?
A. Of course you can! You can change your subscription up to 1 day before your replenishment date. In the future, when more items are available for Subscribe & Save, you will be able to add additional items by going to the product page of the item you'd like to add and follow the typical subscription process. Or, if you already have Subscribe & Save order(s) activated, you can remove or make changes through your Account Settings. Only products eligible for Subscribe & Save can be added to an existing subscription at this time. To make changes: go to Account Settings, Subscriptions and select your Subscribe & Save order with the Manage Subscription button. To change your skin type, click Product, Swap Product and select your desired skin type. To add or remove, use the plus or minus sign next to the quantity you selected. Changes will not be saved unless you select Update before closing out.
Q. How long can I make edits to my Subscription before it ships?
A. You can make edits to your subscription order up to 1 day before your next processing date. Once you receive an email letting you know your subscription was confirmed, it will be too late to make any changes.
Q. Can I earn LimeLifer Rewards on subscription orders?
A. Absolutely! Your subscription is eligible for the same perks of the LimeLifer Program as non-subscription products.
Q. Can I use Stars or Product Credit towards my order?
A. You can use points towards your first order only. Stars cannot be used towards replenishments.
Q. When will my payment method be charged?
A. Your payment method will be charged automatically on the day of your subscription date.
Q. How can I change my Payment Method?
A. Sign in and go to account settings and click on the subscriptions tab. Next, click the payment method button and click your current payment method to see all available payment methods or add a new one. The payment method you select will update for all active subscriptions. If you change your payment method under the payment options tab, those changes will not be reflected towards your subscription payment. Any changes you would like to make to the card used for your subscription must be made through the subscriptions tab. Please note: AmazeBox management is currently on a separate tab. If you would like to make changes to the payment method used for your Amazebox subscription, you must use the payment options tab.
Q. Can I return my Subscribe & Save?
A. No worries, Subscribe & Save products are eligible for the same return policy as non-subscription products. You will have 30 days from the delivery date to return your products for a full refund, minus shipping costs (if applicable.) However, please note you will then be responsible for canceling all future subscription orders to prevent future deliveries.
Q. Is there a membership fee?
A. Nope! There's no membership fee, and you can cancel at any time—woohoo!
Q. How do I reschedule my Subscribe & Save?
A. Sign in and go to Account Settings and click on the Subscriptions tab. Next, select the Subscription you would like to make changes to by clicking the Manage Subscription button. To change your order date, click next charge date, select your desired date up to 8 weeks out from the calendar, and confirm your selection. If you want to place your order early, click the button that says order now and confirm your selection. Please note, this feature is unfortunately unavailable for Amazebox.
Q. How do I change my Subscription frequency?
A. That’s so easy—sign in and go to Account Settings and click on the Subscriptions tab. Next, select the Subscription you would like to make changes to by clicking the Manage Subscription button. Click Delivery schedule and select your preferred frequency from the dropdown menu. You can change your order date up to 24 hours before your next scheduled order. Updating your frequency will affect the date of your next order. The frequency of your Subscribe & Save orders will change after your next order date. Please note, this feature is unfortunately unavailable for Amazebox.
Q. Can I skip a shipment?
A. Unfortunately there’s no way to “skip” a shipment but you can push the next shipment date back up to 8 weeks from the current date.
Q. What if I need to change my shipping address?
A. Sign in and go to Account Settings and click on the Subscriptions tab. Next, scroll down and click shipping address and click the address you want to edit or add a new one. Please note: AmazeBox management is currently on a separate tab. To edit the shipping address for your AmazeBox, please do so in the addresses tab.
Q. How do I cancel my Subscribe & Save?
A. We hate to see you go! But all you need to do is sign in and go to Account Settings and click on the Subscriptions. Next, select the Subscription you would like to make changes to by clicking the manage subscription button. Scroll down and click cancel Subscriptions, select the reason you want to cancel, and confirm. This will cancel all future shipments of your Auto-Replen orders. Please note: AmazeBox management is currently on a separate tab. If you would like to cancel your AmazeBox subscription, you must use the AmazeBox tab.
Q. How will I know my Subscription is on the way?
A. We’ll send you a reminder email 3 days before your next scheduled order. If you need to manage your order, you can always change it before it starts processing up to 1 day before. We’ll send you another email when your order ships!
Q. How long can I delay or reschedule my Subscription order for?
A. You can reschedule your Subscriptions order up to 8 weeks from your current processing date.
*You can add regular items to your order; however, your Subscribe & Save products must total $50 or more within the same order to qualify for free shipping.
