Q. How do I achieve Silver Status?
A. Great news—you don’t have to do anything except create an account and you’ll automatically be in Silver Status. Unless you decide to deactivate your account, everyone begins the program at this level.
Q. How do I achieve Gold Status?
A. To achieve Gold Status you must make at least one eligible purchase in a calendar year on limelifebyalcone.com and earn at least 200 Stars. Visit the Terms and Conditions page to view full program rules.
Q. How do I achieve Platinum Status?
A. To achieve Platinum status you must make at least one eligible purchase in a calendar year on limelifebyalcone.com and earn at least 500 Stars. Visit the Terms and Conditions page to view full program rules.

Q. How long will my status last?
A. Highest status achieved will remain for the entire calendar year in which it was achieved, plus the following calendar year. All statuses will reset to Silver Status on January 1st, however, Product Credit and rewards will remain available for the duration of time before their expiration.
Q. Where can I go to find all of my LimeLifer Rewards account information?
A. Your very own Account Dashboard is your go-to destination for everything LimeLifer related! You can view your year-to-date activity, tier status, your current Star and Product Credit balance and learn about your LimeLifer benefits. To access this page, simply log in to your account.
Q. What products count for collecting LimeLifer Stars?
A. That’s easy—anything and everything sold on limelifebyalcone.com with the exception of Enrollment Packs.
Q. What happens to my Stars when I return items?
A. All Stars earned from this purchase, including Bonus Stars, will be deducted from your account balance when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your LimeLifer account.
Q. What happens to my LimeLifer Stars if part of my order is canceled?
A. If an item is canceled from your order, you will not be charged and you will not receive LimeLifer Stars for that item.
Q. How does LimeLifer Product Credit work?
A. All LimeLifers can automatically redeem Product Credit vouchers. To redeem, LimeLifers need to have at least 100 Stars in their current Star bank, and their purchase must be $25 or more.
Q. Where can I find LimeLifer Product Credit and how can I redeem it?
A. Product Credit can easily be redeemed at checkout at limelifebyalcone.com.
Q. Can I redeem Product Credit multiple times within one transaction?
A. Yes! You can easily redeem Product Credit multiple times per transaction on qualifying purchases of $25 or more.
Q. Can I use Product Credit with other rewards/promotions?
A. Absolutely! Product Credit can be redeemed along with other rewards if you have enough Stars in your account and your subtotal is at least $25.
Promotions and rewards that can be used together include: sample promos, gifts with purchase, free shipping perks, and some promo codes. All promotions will apply to the subtotal after Product Credit is applied and deducted. Product credit can not be used towards DUOLAB or subscription items including AmazeBox. In order to use your product credit, please place a separate order just for those items.
Q. If I return an item that I used Product Credit to buy, will I be refunded my Product Credit?
A. Product Credit applied to your purchase is non-refundable. If you choose to return an item where you redeemed a LimeLifer Reward, you will be refunded for the price paid after applying the discount.
Q. What are LimeLifer Rewards/Gifts?
A. Rewards or Gifts may include, but are not limited to: deluxe-sized samples, full-size product, merchandise, coupon codes, or product credit.
Q. Can I return Rewards?
A. Unfortunately, Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for Stars or cash, or for another product.
Q. Will I earn Stars when redeeming my Rewards?
A. Unfortunately, you will not earn Stars on the value of the Reward but you will earn Stars on any dollars spent on product in your order.
Q. What happens to my Product Credit if part of my order or entire order is canceled by LimeLife?
A. If Product Credit is used towards an order that is partially or fully canceled by LimeLife, the credit used will be returned to your account unless you decide you want it used towards the balance of the order.
Q. Can I give my LimeLifer Reward promo codes to someone else?
A. We’re sorry, but all rewards are not transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. Attempts to transfer the code may invalidate the Reward. However, you can always use your Reward to purchase merchandise as a gift for someone else!
Q. Can I use my LimeLifer Reward Promo Code with promotional discounts?
A. Sorry, but a LimeLifer Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional discounts.
Q. How can I redeem my Birthday, Anniversary or Celebration Gift/Voucher?
A. Happy Birthday, LimeLifer! First thing’s first—in order to receive a Birthday Gift, please be sure you’ve added your date of birth info under “My Account” in your “Personal Info.” LimeLifers who have reached Gold, Diamond or Platinum status are eligible to redeem one Birthday Gift Voucher or Anniversary Voucher with merchandise purchase. Birthday and Anniversary Vouchers are emailed as a unique promo code on the 1st of the month in which the occasion falls and are valid through the end of that month. Merchandise does not include subscriptions, taxes or shipping.

Q. Does Product Credit expire?
A. Yes! Product Credit expires 3 months after they are added to your account and will automatically expire if your Account is revoked or otherwise canceled—be sure to use ‘em or you lose ‘em!
Q. Can My Stars expire?
A. Unfortunately, yes. No matter your status, all Stars expire on January 1st. So, you have to make sure to use those up before the year ends!
