STEP 1: Begin by cleansing the skin and applying your go-to facial toner and serum/oil. .

STEP 2: Using your Gua Sha at a 30-45 degree angle, gently pull/scrape skin in upward movements towards your lymph nodes (on the neck, jawline, and cheeks gliding towards the ears) to help with lymphatic drainage—repeat each area 5x before moving on.

STEP 3: Focus on the following areas:

Chin + Jawline: Contour from the inner chin, outward towards the earlobe

Forehead: Move upwards towards the hairline to smooth 

Cheeks: Start at the nose and work upwards in a sweeping motion along the cheeks and cheekbones, moving outwards toward your ears

Neck: Move from the bottom of the neck upwards
